One day, however, she was on a break. She had broken her finger (small, Ik) but King ASGORE was worried. He made her take a break. Undyne, being always respectful friend and employee, begrudgingly agreed.
of course—Undyne couldn’t stay still! So she went to the “garbage” dump in waterfall, which was actually just a big water fall with copious amounts of trash, that gets washed down into the abyss. It was always quiet and quite a nice scenery.
she was looking for badass new swords or armor, but then she saw a girl.. she looked like she was wearing a white lab coat, staring very intently into the abyss.. she was short and from what Undyne could guess, was either a lizard or a dinosaur.. little did she know that was the royal Scientist, Alphys, who worked at the kingdom too. The little lizard bent down and looked to be sad. Undyne hummed and stepped forward.
”So! Where do you think it goes?”
the little Lizard gasped and clutched her chest, looking around til she looked up at her. She blinked rapidly. Undyne giggled, not expecting to startle the poor girl.
