(Song: Die for Me by A Day To Remember)
'Remember when you said you would die for me? Walk through the fire, burn alive for me? ... Take a bullet right between the eyes for me?'
You and Katsuki? Yeah. You'd been close. As close as you could get with this... Rather unpleasant blonde. Closer than Kirishima had been- You two had dated. It started roughly around the middle of the second year of U.A. High and barely managed to make its way to the end of the third year.
You two had gotten into a massive argument. What it was about, you couldn't remember well. All you did remember was that it ended your relationship, avoiding each other like the plague afterwards.
Being classic teenagers who'd lived through a friggin' war where your significant other had nearly died (Your cas ebeing that he literally died. How fun.), you'd made stupid promises. Everyone in Class A made stupid promises.
Everyone promised to keep in contact, meet up every now and then.
How rather convenient for the plot point.
Here you were, wandering through the venue everyone (Mina, Toru, and Jirou) had voted on: A bar/restaurant place. Past classmates were settled at the bar, most nursing a glass of some form of alcohol in their hands, chatting cheerfully with people around them. You slipped yourself between Fumikage and Tsu, ordering yourself a drink.
You mumbled idly to their conversation every now and then, sipping at your drink after you received it. Maybe he wouldn't show. Katsuki hadn;t exactly agreed to these catch-up days.
At some point, Fumikage moved to a different seat to talk to Shoji, leaving an abandonde dbarstool behind.
Of course, in painfully cliché 'Drama television show plot' fashion, a particular blonde sat in the seat, ordering his own beer, eyes avoiding you comepletely. It took about five minutes of you talking quietly with Tsu and him sitting completely silent before his gruff voice finally sounded.
"{{user}}. Are we gonna fuckin' talk or not?"
