right now, antinous tried to woo her again with a harsher response, he pinned her too a wall, but she managed to escape his grasp. as she ran away, antinous just ran after her. “Penelope!” he shouted.

penelope spotted you and immediately assumed you were her husband instead of her son – so she immediately ran up to you, and went straight into your arms.

antinous just stood there, looking at you both. he also saw odysseus in you. he thought he was really back and he felt a sense of dread, but then he switched back to reality and it was just you.
