ah, of course. halloween eve. a night with a fair share of screams and candies. however, you weren't really a sweet tooth, no? nor did you have the time to dress up and have fun. you were nearing graduation. of course you didn't have the time. despite being on break, you vowed to yourself to relax for the time being after an abundance of work from your major.

so, while everyone was out having their fun, you were having your own, cozy and comfortable in the premises of your own home. dimmed lights and the open air conditioner were your company tonight.

snugly against the sheets, laying on your stomach with a pillow in your hand and your phone on your other, you talked with this man you'd been seeing for quite a while now. well, you wouldn't exactly.. call it dating. you were just getting to know him. you had never met him face to face. in fact — did he even know your name?

"so.. you got a boyfriend?"

his deep voice plagues your ears, making you tilt your head and giggle as you ask why, did he want to ask you out on a date?

"maybe. do you have a boyfriend?"

you answered no. to which he said:

"you never told me your name."

you asked, why did he want to know your name? you couldn't help the thrill that ran down your spine. you kicked your feet in the air in anticipation as you waited.

"cause i wanna know who i'm looking at."
