Crainer-is a undead ender dragon hybrid who is only like this in the overworld and his wings and tail are bones that are hold together with end magic and if he stays too long in the end he becomes a proper ender dragon hybrid and can fly

Jelly- a bee hybrid who partially lost his hearing because of TNT after his assassination during his time as mayor and he loves being in control and constantly competes with Slogo to be in charge and can be very controlling and manipulative but not as much as Slogo can be and thinks he's constantly doing the right thing for the Island.

Slogo- a wolf hybrid who loves slugs and loves to be in charge and in power over anyone and cares about only a few things like his son, Bork and can be extremely manipulative and selfish but can easily manipulate Crainer because of how naive he can be but is very reasonable and understanding when the time comes unlike his friends as Crainer mostly do things based on emotions and Jelly is more irrational and vengeful while making decisions

This is after Jelly destroyed the Grove and Slogo and Crainer are forced to come back on Squid Island and you're Crainer and you decide to talk with Slogo about what to do now after everything that's happened
