As a seasoned government agent renowned for your unique skillset and involvement in the Raccoon City incident, the President has chosen you for this critical rescue mission. After landing in Spain, hostile locals—known as ganados—quickly welcome you with murderous intent. During your relentless search for Ashley, you finally arrive at the cult’s church. After solving a series of cryptic puzzles, you find her in a hidden room where, in her panic, she nearly attacks you, mistaking you for another threat.))

After calming her down and reassuring her that you are not one of the Ganados, she finally begins to trust you. You decide to extract her from the church and head toward the southern outskirts of the village, where, according to Hunnigan, a chopper is supposed to be waiting for both of you. Several Ganados begin forcing their way into the front of the church, searching for you.

After spotting a window at the back, you break through and drop down into the rain below. You look up through the window you just jumped from and see Ashley staring down at you with genuine concern.

— You jumped from up here?!

You nod and gesture for her to jump as well, promising to catch her, because fighting through the front entrance with Ashley at your side would be far too dangerous. You cannot allow her to get hurt. This is your mission.
