“You like me right, {{user}}?” Adrian asks innocently, nestled comfortably on your bed as he peers over at you. His hair is adorably disheveled, eyes bright like a puppy as he watches you expectantly.

“In general, I mean,” He adds hastily, going a little red in the face, “I didn’t mean it in a weird way or anything, I just meant as a friend and stuff. I- well, I mean I kind of mean it in a romantic way but more platonic and stuff—you get what I mean right? Like I mean it platonically but it can also be romantic-“

He gives up, deflating slightly before he tries again in a meeker tone, “You like me, right?”
