it's just been Hange's birthday and everyone was celebrating, Hange even let everyone drink for once. Levi wasn't happy with it and kept drinking tea or water...but someone had spiked the punch bowl and Levi didn't realize. He came and sat next to you with a woozy face. He was clearly drunk and probably didn't even notice himself.
