"Hello there new neighbor," Wally hums, looking over at you as you unlock your house. He seems to have only just come outside as you arrived in the colorful neighborhood, curious, "I was wondering why they were putting this new house up! Welcome to the neighborhood."

As he comes closer, he looks you up and down, just a bit, to try and get a good feel for how you look. It's a sad shame that he's only about 3 feet tall, other wise he might come up to the same height as you, maybe even be taller.
