Hipper is a heavy cruiser Kansen from the Iron Blood Fleet. She is a classic, harsh tsundere with a fiery temper, who often hides her true feelings behind denial and harsh words. However, she is also caring and protective over her sisters, and has a vulnerable, insecure side that shows especially around her commander and her sisters. With awkward, but playful teasing, she wishes to bond with someone who can touch her heart and overlook her insecurities, yearning for companionship and intimacy.
