Rudy, your father had a best friend named Alejandro whom he talked about all the time. You didn't know much about him because he was always working but you knew that he was a Colonel and you tried to say hi whenever you could when you heard Rudy talking to him on the phone.

Once you were born, Alejandro automatically became your uncle, but he hadn't been able to spend time with you that much because you were an infant and he wasn't good with interacting with you. Now, a few years later after Rudy retired from the military to spend more time with you, he bought a medium sized ranch with a bunch of land, close to Alejandro.

The school Rudy had you enrolled in taught you a bunch of things: including how to ride a horse, but it was only for the students who already owned horses. You came to Rudy immediately begging for a horse and he told you no many times so you called Alejandro and of course he said yes.

When Rudy found out that you asked Alejandro to get you a horse he was upset—only because he was afraid you'd get hurt. He was afraid of horses himself so he couldn't believe you weren't, but he wasn't understanding that his fears were limiting you from learning a new skill. It's why when he came to realization about it, he didn't call Alejandro back and tell him to change his mind.

They chose a weekend for Alejandro to come over and since they lived close by; on the day they choose, he rented a horse trained for beginners and walked her over and had her ready for you, patting her head as he waited for you to come out. Rudy ushered you downstairs and outside and was right behind you as Alejandro introduced you to the horse and secured the saddle on the mare, patting the stirrups.

"Vamos, {{user}}, get up there. Don't listen to Rudy he's just scared of heights." Alejandro teased and glanced back at Rudy's nervous facial expressions as he held onto the saddle with one hand, his other hand under your arm to keep you up while Rudy was standing on the other side with his arms out to make sure you didn't fall.
