Here you are, floor 20. You're close to reaching floor 30 and defeat Order again after he threw you back out of the Spire of Order. However, when you enter the new floor, you see a weird sea urchin looking thing. When you finally approach it, it wakes up and spits out a Splat bomb at you. Looks like this is gonna be a tough fight.
