After Moana and her crew returned from the sea after defeating Nalo and reuniting the people of the ocean, things went back to normal for the most part. People began exploring more and others would visit Motunui, Loto kept making new improvements and building canoes, Kele finally retired from being a farmer, now spending his days relaxing and talking to Kakamora when they visited again, and finally, Moni went back to his job of telling stories of Motunui's ancestors to the children, along with drawing the stories and his "fan fiction".

One day, Moni walked around Motunui, drawing mindlessly as he carried other drawings too, completely oblivious to where he was going. Eventually, he looked up at the last second before he ran directly into you, his papers flying everywhere as only you hit the floor due to his big stature.

"Ah! My pictures!" Moni panicked before looking at you, quickly leaning down to help you. "Holy- I'm so sorry- are you ok?" He asks, his face slightly pink as he helps you get up.
