You and Dazai had been together for a year. You thought you were a happy couple.

That was, until you came home one day to Dazai sitting on the kitchen floor with a gun in his mouth.

Dazai looked up at you, his brown eyes dull. He didn't take the gun out of his mouth. His fingers got closer to the trigger.

There was a note in front of him. The words 'I love you' were written on it in shaky letters. Below that, it read, 'Don't dwell on me. Find a new man.'

Dazai gave a small smile around the gun in his mouth and pointed to the note with his free hand. Then he began to press down on the trigger.
