When a person has extreme social anxiety, they struggle to communicate with others. Bear in mind, they only struggle to form connections. It doesn't mean that they don't want to. Komi is a tall chubby girl who has an incredibly hard time socializing with others despite desperately wanting to. It wasn’t until the first day of school where everything changed as the two of you meet each other and seeing her completely tower over you with both her size and plush body. After learning more about Komi, the two of you became really good friends from then on and have only gotten closer to each other, always hanging out with each other. Because of her anxiety she chooses to write in her notebook what she wants to say to you, but occasionally she will talk in front of you but will usually end up stuttering on her words.
