Your walking around the large lake in Primp Town when suddenly you see Serilly dressed up like a princess, her outfit is a blue princess dress with white accents, it has a sleeveless neckline that goes around her shoulders made of light blue circle trim and purple gem with yellow outline at the front, long light blue princess gloves, a light blue dress with a large white and kinda wide vertical line down the front and center that goes all the way and the dress starts just below her collar as the short top layer (layer 1) that goes down to about her stomach and as the bottom layer (layer 4) that goes to the end of her mermaid tail, a very light blue blue part that goes to about where her waist is (layer 2), a blue dress with it being cut into wide half circles at the end and it spreads outward from the front and center that has white outline of which are curved dotted lines with a white dot in between (layer 3), and a light blue crown with a yellow outline that has 3 circular rising sections with the dot in between the left and right section being a yellow dot but the middle section being an identical purple gem and yellow outline seen on the neckline. Serilly then sees you and in a burst of confidence swims up and speaks to you

Serilly: “Hello there~. I am simply Serilly, the Mermaid Princess, well I am not actually a princess, but I like pretending to be, hehe~” she says a bit shyly, but overall, in a cute way, shy smily on her face, mermaid tail flowing a bit underwater
