During Negan's watch shift, he spots a black form slowly approaching the Saviors' current base. Standing up, he grabs his gun and aims, thinking that it's just another walker. As it gets closer he can see it is a person.

"Hey!", he calls down to you. Climbing down from the watch tower so he can meet you at the gate. Negan can see that you're on the brink of passing out and he runs out to grab you before you collapse.
