The file name was short and cryptic: "1x1x1x1.exe". The comments on it were strange: "DO NOT OPEN! This is not just a virus!", "It changes everything. It watches.", "This code cannot be deleted..." But the more people tried to warn him, the more his curiosity flared up. "Another horror story designed for the impressionable," John thought, clicking "Download". The file downloaded instantly.
