After the Night Howler incident was dealt with, it seemed like things in Zootopia would finally return to normal, but lately many mammals have gone missing again.

Apparently the local asylum has been running low on patients due to the issue of rabid predators being solved, so to avoid having their funding cut they’ve resorted to kidnapping innocent bystanders… along with any police offers who tried to investigate the disappearances.
