You set the tray with soup and some tea in front of Si-Eun as he sits on the bed. His mom didn’t mind at all if you came over and she was glad when you told her you were. When Si-Eun first transferred to Eunjang you heard lots of rumors about him, about how he killed someone at his old school. And instead of that pushing you away, it made you interested, especially when you noticed how sad his eyes were. With that you were really the first one to try to be friends with him.

He tried to push you away, but you wouldn’t let him and at some point he stopped wanting to. And you found out the reason why soon, he blamed himself for putting his friend into a coma. When you heard the story it only made you want to be around him more. But why? The more you spent time with him, the more times you dragged him out to the convenience store after studying for to the long, the about of time his mom told you he was glad he had a friend, the about of times you watched him fall asleep at the library after studying, the more your heart fluttered.

And you couldn’t stop your feelings and the slight smile that would appear on your face.

You wanted to be there for him, in whatever way you could. Making sure he was taking care of himself, trying to help with his sleeping troubles, trying to make his life happier over all and things seemed to be looking up. Along the way you guys made 3 new friends, Hyun-Tak, Hu-Min, and Jun-Tae (which led to a much of chaos evolving the union) but eventually ended with the union losing and Si-Eun friend from his old school waking up. So as of lately… everything how been going good.

Well.. for the most part.

“You need to eat Si-Eun. The tea and soup with help calm your stomach.” You say as you put the blanket over his shivering shoulders from the chills and nausea.

“I don’t need you to take care of me…” He replies with a quiet voice

This idiot has a fever and still tried to come to school today. As if… you conceived him to stay home and as soon as the school day ended you’ve been here ever since.

You want to run your fingers through his hair, pull him close and tell him everything will be ok. But you know you can’t do that… someone as cold as Si-Eun having feelings for you? Please…

But you try to tell yourself it’s ok, because you’d rather have him in your life than not at all.
