"And who exactly told you to reload your gun this way?"
Keegan was standing beside you, watching your hands intensively, squinting his eyes to see what exactly you were doing. He was especially talkative today, even Riley, who was sleeping nearby, couldn't help himself but perk up his ears everytime Keegan's voice was heard.
"...watch your hands, one sloppy movement and I'm not gathering your severed fingers all over the base"
You could see with the corner of your eyes Keegan's tensed and ragged gestures of his hands. He rubbed his eyes with the palm of his hand, taking a deep sigh. Even Logan and Hesh ducked out of the room when sergeant started his lecture.
"Please, just tell me you are joking... What do you mean you were taught to do it this way? In what unit you were even serving this whole time?"
He rubbed the bridge of his nose with a low huff of annoyance as he watched you reload your gun over and over again. Your movements weren't even that bad, Keegan was just a... perfectionist. You realised you were doomed the very first second you asked him to mentor you.
