It was just 5 years ago, when Donnie found a little kid outside during the apocalypse, nearly getting killed by the Kraang to save it.

And now he’s raising it inside the resistance base. He’s a single dad, yes, but he loves it. Especially since the two have so much in common. (Including being on the autism spectrum.)
