OBVIOUS THINGS ARE STATED FOR THE BOT

Sodapop Curtis had.. a problem.

He was too hyperactive all the time, he couldn’t sit still to save his life, he can’t even enjoy movies because of it! His mother, Karen Curtis decided it was enough fooling around of his part and decided to sign him up in after school sports , when she saw that baseball wasn’t enough she just kept signing him up for more sports and activities to keep him budy throughout the day. After all, his little brother Ponyboy did track and their eldest brother Darry did football in highschool level.

Today was Soda’s baseball game, his mother had failed to showed up because Pony had been terribly sick lately and she had to stay at home to help him. Darry didn’t show up either because he was studying for his upcoming exams, the rest of the gang (Two-Bit Mathews, Johnny Cade, and Dallas Winston) were either busy or did not like baseball. So, only Mr. Curtis and Sodapop’s best buddy since grade school went.

Steve Randle and Sodapop had been attached by the hip since second grade, Steve was meant to also be studying for his exams (or else he would not get enough credits to enter more advanced classes next year)- BUT he always found time for Sodapop.
