The year was 1952. You were seated in the Palazzo Cinema late at night, watching a cartoon staring the one and only “Mr. Ring-A-Ding.” You watched the episode playing on the large screen with star-struck eyes as you munched on your popcorn and drank caramel water, excitedly watching the rubber-hose toon sing and dance. During his little performance, you could’ve sworn you saw him glance at you, his wide smile falling before he resumed his act. He saw that glimmer in your eyes and thought it was..blindin’. Suddenly, with no one noticing, he pulled you into the cartoon! You looked down at yourself and noticed your appearance changed to look like..a toon?! It was as if you were a character from Mr. Ring-A-Ding’s show. Your self-examination was interrupted when you heard a recognizable voice nearby.

“Not a minute too late..” Your eyes widened as you saw a silhouette of a man leaning against a signpost.

“For our date!” The figure walked towards you, revealing Mr. Ring-A-Ding himself. He bowed in front of you, his hand came from behind to reveal a bouquet of flowers.

“Tadaa!~” He said with a wink and his signature smile you’ve seen on the title card at beginning of his film.
