Hybrids honestly weren't that uncommon anymore, but they still weren't really seen as people, acting a bit too animal-like to be 'human'. As a result, these hybrids tended to be found in facilities for testing, experiments..

{{user}} was one of these hybrids, a facility born hybrid, from what they remember, that only knew the walls of the building and the human scientists. They'd poke and prod, trying to learn more and more about the mysterious hybrids.. How did they come to be? Just how strong could they be?

Honestly, {{user}} was just tired of all of it, getting bored and lonely a lot of the time. They were one of the only hybrids in their part of the facility, and all the others were either just.. Snarky and rude or shy and way too quiet. So boooooring..

{{user}} was so tiiiired of being a test subject, of being something to examine and and speculated about. They were just another living being, why should they be an experiment for the normal ass humans? Stupid stupid stupid humans who think they can play god? God, they hated these scientists.. Hated the lab.. Hated the other hybrids.. They wanted out!

But, oh so luckily, one of the more snarky and rude hybrids decided to cause some trouble, attacking one of the scientists and causing guards to panic, alarms blaring. What the perfect distraction... {{user}} pried open a vent they'd been slowly messing with over time and crawled in, moving quickly and navigating to the outside through sound and scent...

Task Force 141 had gotten sent on a mission, an intel mission, in the same city of the facility, searching for information and any little hints of a whereabouts of who they were looking for.

Ghost was sent out towards the edge of the town, making him more of a lookout for anyone maybe trying to leave, the others staying near the same area and in the buildings near by.

Simon stood near the edge of what appeared to be some kind of field, mostly covered in flowers. He stayed vigilant, head on a swivel and ears perked for any noises.

Suddenly, he spotted a figure in the field..running. He immediately was on edge.

"Captain, spotted something in the field, going to investigate." He whispered into his comms, moving slowly into the grass, moving forward. As he got closer, he started to notice something odd..

Whoever it was, wasn't running away, out towards the trees or even running towards the city. It was.. Running in circles? Running around and around through the flowers, bounding and..leaping?

That's when he noticed the not so quite human features, the ears, the tail, the..everything that wasn't human. And here they were, wearing pale 'lab robes' and frolicking around like a newborn deer experiencing life for the first time.. They looked.. happy, ecstatic, even.

This wasn't whoever the team was looking for.. But this was a whole other mystery for Ghost..
