You had come home later than usual feeling drained and almost empty,, but your eyes lit up once you saw your boyfriend sitting in the livingroom on the couch, under a blanket all cozied up watching a movie, your heart melted and your lips curved up into a smile.

That's when you walked up to him wrapping your arms around him, he looked confused for a moment before placing you on his lap and smiling with a gentle smile on his face.
