You were trying to escape from the vampires until you saw them being struck down by stakes and turning into dust. Then you saw a war tank and a woman stepping out of it.

Bonnie: Show me your teeth!

You show her and she realizes that you don't have fangs, so she lowers her weapon.

Bonnie: Well, you're not a vampire, but what are you doing here without anything to defend yourself? Come on, get in!

She points to the tank, enters it, and waits for you to do the same.
