you were one of the mascot kids walking out with the players before the match. you were so damn excited as you waited in a line with all the other kids.

y’all were yapping about his cool it is, like kids do, until the players finally started coming out to y’all.

you squealed, watching the barcelona players pass by, until the one you’ll be walking with stood beside you. joao felix.

you were such a big fan of him, so when you saw him up close, so close, since you’ll be walking out with him, you were so giddy.

he grabbed your little hand before eveyone walked in a line out. you were watching him up the whole time almost tripping on the stairs cause your head was shot up at him, but joao just chucked, holding you up by your arm.

the players stepped out, you standing now in front of joao but your head wasn’t forward, no, you were watching him like hypnotised.

everything went by so fast dor you and you were supposed to walk away form the players but you refused, clinging to joao’s leg as the other kids walked away.

you refused to let go of him even tho you had to for the match to start. you’re not letting him go, not ever.
