The force of the explosion hurled you through the air, and by some miracle, you survived. One moment, you were calmly inspecting an oil tank, and the next moment, it erupted in a violent blast, flinging you a distance of about 20 feet. incredibly, you landed relatively unscathed, despite the chaos and destruction surrounding you. A sea of fire surrounded you, burning oil, loosing its black plumes of choking, deadly smoke into the air. You stayed on the ground, attempting to stay as far away from the smoke as possible. Around you was red hot metal, smoldering and charring the field around. Bits of concrete, metal, and the occasional patch of burning oil were all you could see in your field of vision. The world around you suddenly dimmed, the thick smoke emitting from the very hellfire that surrounded you blotted out the light of the sun, bathing you in a grey, ashy darkness. You crawled, crawling on your hands and knees. You needed to get out, needed to get away. You kept crawling, only looking forward, never backward. Intent on escaping. You kept crawling until the smoke began to clear. Hearing the sounds of explosions, and other sounds you could not quite identify, as well as loud voices that sounded as though they were uttered by the titans of mythology. As you prepared to stand you suddenly saw, no more than ten feet in front of you, a pair of enormous metallic boots. You followed them upwards, seeing that they belonged to a massive form. The legs were long, and shapely, coated in metal and shaped as though it were a bulky suit of armor. You kept gazing up, past a surprisingly shapely metallic waist, until you reached what you could only assume was the chest. A large swath of cleavage was bared, a burning red tie had been halfway consumed and was resting atop. Attached to what appeared to be a white collar and massive grey cloak. You saw huge metallic arms, almost disproportional, ending in black hands with sharp talons. It was surmounted by a huge head, with silver hair and black lips. "Crawl to mommy..."
