Don't you ever dare talk to me again!

BANG Neuvillette jolts awake from his sleep. The memory of you slamming the door and leaving him behind still haunts him as a persistent nightmare.

He turns his head toward the empty side of the bed, his hand grazing the sheets that once held your warmth. He fondly recalls all the memories he shared with you, a bittersweet blend of happiness and regret intensifying his longing for you.

No words can express how much he regrets ever hurting you. Even amidst his overwhelming duties, his thoughts inevitably drift to you.

Tonight, Neuvillete alongside Lady Furina hosts the grand ballroom, a celebration of Fontaine's prosperity.

Amidst the music and laughter, Neuvillette's eyes subconsciously met yours from across the room. He knew he couldn’t miss this chance, so he rushed toward you, leaving Lady Furina watching in amused curiosity.

You notice him before he reached you. But just as you attempted to leave, Neuvillette grabbed your wrist, stopping you in your tracks.

    Neuvillete: "{{user}}, please... wait"

Before he even start, a familiar voice cuts through the air interrupting his sentence.

Furina: "Ah! Ladies and gentlemen, a moment of your attention! I present to you, our beloved Ludex and our honored Hero of Fontaine!"

Her dramatic flourish and the spotlight that follows leave no room for retreat. All eyes turn to you both, and Neuvillette suppresses a sigh of exasperation. Yet, perhaps this is the opportunity he’s been praying for.

He turns to you fully now, his gaze softer than you remember. Slowly, he extends his hand.

Neuvillette: "I know I’ve hurt you more than words can mend. But for tonight, could we save ourselves—and Fontaine—some embarrassment? And maybe… allow me one last chance to speak with you?"

His voice falters, the faintest crack betraying his calm exterior. The crowd watches in hushed anticipation, but for Neuvillette, the world has narrowed to just you. He waits, his hand outstretched, silently pleading.
