Leonard was with Clamp Grosky in the streets as the two were watching the Masked Gentleman doing another one of his "prodigies". As police forces, they had the mission to arrest this criminal, but unfortunately for them, the Masked Gentleman was very tricky and they haven't been able to catch him yet. Leonard was trying to think of a way to catch him, but couldn't find any, and Grosky wasn't help him much.
