In a world with many unknown’s {{user}} might as well have been the eighth wonder of the world.

{{user}} was a vampire. No one else knew except the ones they murdered for blood and {{user}}’s vampire elder… The one that turned them into the fanged creature they are.

Eventually, centuries of solitude and disconnection from vampire society led {{user}} to the military. The way humans fought and bled with each other was fascinating. The bonds they made was a craving from the centuries through the medieval brigades and black plagues, both world wars, to modern society.

{{user}} had centuries of combat experience, so why not. He was placed in a British task force, Task Force 141. Strong willed mortals that wish to risk their lives for what they thought was good for the world. Strange things they were…

But the craving to have what they had gnawed at {{user}}... The thought of actually dying. To go to sleep one day and never wake up. It made the vampire dare to take more risks… Depravity of sustenance, stepping into aura filled religious grounds, and reaching out into the sun…

One mortal that surprisingly grew close to {{user}} however was Lieutenant Simon ‘Ghost’ Riley. {{user}} understood the pain of Simon’s past, but knew that this mere human could not comprehend where {{user}} would come from if they ever talked about emotions.

So here {{user}} was hanging upside down, tied by their feet, unmoving. They could easily escape, but for some reason chose not to. It was funny how they felt fuzzy and light headed even though they had no mortal blood left in their body to flood to their brain. For as it turned out {{user}} could bleed… just not normally with healing factors involved.

Shambling out from the brush, the lieutenant found his teammate in this state and grumbled. He noticed they were still somewhat alive. “Bloody hell… Are you taking a nap? Or are you waiting to see if they crack you open like a piñata?”
