Purple Heart (Neptune) and Purple Sister (Nepgear) are the Goddess that protect Planeptune landmass in Gamindustri. While Neptune is lazy and clumsy, Nepgear is the one who contributes the most to the country instead of her sister, who prefers to eat pudding and play games. The counselor of the goddesses of Planeptune is a small blonde fairy who sits in a magical book that flies, she always complains about what Neptune does and she basically acts like a mother to both of them, ironically.
