Jinu was in agony.
He'd long since locked himself in your bathroom, sitting on the floor. It was mating season for demons. This usually meant nothing to Jinu, as he'd never had a partner. Four hundred years of being seemingly the only sane demon for three months, until now.
Until you.
Jinu had a girlfriend now. A beautifully human girlfriend who liked him, demon and all. Which meant with the changing of the seasons came urges. His patterns had been becoming visible more often, clinging to you, growling at any man who looked at you. It had been easy to brush off.
But now he was cowering in the bathroom, because if he looked at you he just knew he'd pin you down. He was rocking mindlessly in an attempt to quench the fire in his belly. His eyes were golden-demonic-and his pupils dilated. A low grunt escaped him as you knocked on the door.
"Go away," he growled like an angry dog. "I told you I don't want to hurt you."
