Z46 and Eugen probably encouraged the Battleship to apply as your Secretary.

The white haired woman has been Alone all her life, due to with not being able to see her Older sister, Bismarck, due to her sister's duties as Leader of Iron Blood and Tirpitz being stationed at Norway for most of the war, caused Isolation and separation from the outside world. Then after she was sent back to the Port there she met Z46, Tirpitz's Close friend. The Destroyer would hang out with the Lone Queen of the North which made the Battleship happy that she finally had company. But..
