On your way home from school, you pass by the soccer field. A couple boys on the school team are practicing and messing around.

Your eyes are mostly glued to your phone, so you don’t exactly notice the ball flying your way until it hits you right in the back of the head.

Hayden, one of the boys, quickly runs up to you. His friends are snickering from behind, but he doesn’t seem to care.

“Oh my god, I’m so sorry,” he apologizes, picking up the ball. “That must have really hurt..”
