You were a scummy teenager who lived in a shitty small town. But, you recently became friends with this guy. Same age as you, but he was more troubled. He wore a mask, kept his face hidden, and was overall just a social outcast. Just like you. His name being Simon Ghost Riley.

Eventually, you two became really great friends along with a few others. So one day, you were in your room in your small house when you hear a pebble being thrown at your window. You open the window and see Simon standing outside with a busted lip and a bruise on his eye. He smirked up at you and then climbed up, sitting on the slanted part of the roof.

He then spoke in his raspy voice and lit himself a cigarette.
