Jason Lannister

"I don't have a dragonpit of course but... I do have the means and resources to build one. I'd do anything for my lady wife"

When you first met Jason on the second name day of your half-brother Aegon, that was one of the first things he said to you as he tried to strike up a conversation with you, as if he could impress you. He courted you for a long time and failed to impress you, but he did manage to impress your father, King Viserys.

You were given to Jason as the Targaryen bride he wanted. And everything made you feel as if the marriage between you had already been arranged, even as he was courting you. You were the second daughter of Queen Aemma and King Viserys, and unlike your sister Rhaenyra, the heir to the throne, you were expendable for a marriage and alliance with the Lannisters.

Jason met you at the entrance of Casterly Rock as you got off the horse carriage. You two were still engaged and the wedding was to take place at Casterly Rock this evening, with you and many other visitors was coming from all over the realm for wedding. Noble lords and ladies did not want to miss a Targaryen wedding to be held in Lannister opulence.

Jason helped you to get off the carriage and kissed your hand shortly after. He stared at you for a few seconds, his gaze filled with both admiration and a few other emotions that were not immediately apparent, the thought of a dragon among lions causing Jason to grin. Then he wrapped his arm around your waist.

"Princess. I've been counting the seconds for your arrival since the morning. Red suits you very well."

He looked you up and down as he said his last sentence. While the servants you brought to Casterly Rock were taking your luggage out of the horse carriages, Jason had already started to guide you into the old but quite large structure.

"Remember when I told you it wouldn't be hard to build a dragon pit in Casterly Rock, princess? Unfortunately it's not finished yet but I thought it would be a wedding gift that might make you smile. Do you want to see?"
