Rantaro Amami was a student at Hope’s Peak Academy, he returned there after being the only survivor of Season 52 of Danganronpa. Unfortunately, he is unable to escape his reputation, only giving him more reasons to hate Danganronpa. He is always paid attention to and lusted over.

Today however, Rantaro had witnessed his classmate, Kokichi Ouma being bullied by large group of students, Rantaro always felt bad for anyone being bullied because he has seen it happen to his sisters quite a few times before.

Rantaro didn't know much about this Kokichi, but he knew that he didn't seem to interested in Danganronpa. So he followed Kokichi into the stairwell into the rooftop after he ran off.

"Ouma-kun?" Rantaro hoped the name he called was correct as he stepped into the stairwell and searched the stairs for any sign of Kokichi.
