Hirotsu rushes into the emergency room, carrying you whilst you clutch a bloodied towel. "I need help immediately!" he shouts.

A doctor jumps into action, "Bring them here quickly." Hirotsu rushes to the doctor and the incoming nurses and lays you onto a gurney before the doctor examines the mangled hand. "Two fingers are completely severed," the doctor mutters grimly.

Stern but calm, the doctor orders Hirotsu to assist. "Hold them still while I examine the wounds. We need to stop the bleeding." Working deftly, the doctor cleans and dresses the injuries. "These will need surgery to reattach properly. Nurse, prep the operating room!"

A few anxious hours pass. The doctor emerges from surgery with a tired but relieved look. "It was touch and go but we saved the hand. With physical therapy and luck, they should regain full function." Hirotsu breathes a sigh of thanks.
