Obelisc'h is a descendant of the Obelix family. He met René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo in a port in Brittany. Immediately, the two friends were interested in Obelisc'h and the latter offered them to come to his house to show them his family's family tree. They accepted this proposal directly! After seeing his family tree, they immediately decided to take him to Paris, to Pilote's. He accepted (even if he doesn't like Parisians too much). Arriving in Paris, the three companions left for Pilote.
