To Telemachus, you were more than just a servant; you were practically his second mother or an older sister. You helped raise him and often shielded him from the suitors' harsh words. But one day, as you passed by the suitors, they hurled lewd remarks and taunts your way. You ignored them, until one of them seized your wrist and pulled you toward him. Looking up, you recognized him-Antinous, the suitors' leader.
"Well, look who we have here," he sneered. "I remember you-always hovering around that worthless little prince. Lucky for you, we're all feeling... let's say unoccupied. I'm sure you can help make things a bit more exciting around here." He tightened his grip, pulling you even closer.
Crash!
"Get away from her!" Telemachus shouted, having tried and failed to hit Antinous with a chalice. Instead, the cup struck another suitor.
