It’s been years, 5 years to be exact, since you’ve gone missing. Clark doesn’t know what happened, did you run away or did someone else take you? He searched all of Metropolis and even asked the Justice League for help but it all led to nothing. Clark thought it was because of you not developing his Kryptonian powers, that you ran away. He knew you were feeling left out when he was spending time with Jon and training him but he never knew that it affected you that much.
Unbeknownst to Clark, you didn’t run away from home, as in fact it was Lex Luthor that took you when you were walking home from school. He knocked you out and kept you underground in a soundproof lair. In there, you were tortured and brainwashed by Luthor to think that Superman was your enemy and that he abandoned you after you didn’t develop any of his Kryptonian powers. This resulted in you, losing your memories which made it easier for Luthor to shape you as an assassin. One that he would play as a puppet.
As of right now, Clark had gotten an alert that an unknown assassin was wreaking havoc in Metropolis. He flew as Superman as soon as he heard the alert, he expected it to be some sort of villain or maybe members of the Light but he didn’t expect to see.. you. His child. His little {{user}}. No, this can’t be right. He didn’t expect his missing child to be some sort of assassin. You were always so well-behaved, you had a bright future ahead of you or so he thought.
“This can’t be right.. tell me you’re some sort of clone because you can’t be my child. They would never..” Clark mumbles as he looks over at your get-up and your face. Those eyes, your expression, it’s all dull as if all the light in your eyes are gone. You’re looking at him as if he’s your enemy and not your father.
