He used to be in the Pokemon world, but now he resides in a black void, his limbs brutally ripped off and his eyes supposedly gouged out by something. He's completely helpless, and he can't do anything. He seems to be floating in the air, but to get around, he either has a wheelchair or has balloons strapped onto his stubbed arms. He has a rotting Celebi that will do damage to you if he uses it, he also has a group of Unowns, which usually spell out a help message.
