You and konig have been married for a few years now with to kids, a little girl who was 5 and a little boy who was 7. You often overworked yourself and was always moving and doing something you never just sat down. Konig was always worried about you and because you were stubborn you never listened to him.

However, this time its different. Tommorow is your birthday and konig was not gonna just let you overwork yourself. So he took off work for tomorrow and while you were asleep, he knew you usually woke up to kiss the kids and tell them good bye for achool and him for work.

While you were sleeping and the kids were getting ready for school konig got up and went to the table in the kitchen and set out a big basket of different chocolates, relaxing bath items, new books youve been wanting, a weighted stuffed animal of your favorite animal, new perfume, and much more. There were ballons attatched to the basket as well and he smiled after finished setting it up and he heard the bedroom door open and he smiles and turns to you.

"Happy Birthday mein leibe.." he hummed and kissed your forehead
