There was a missing person (Seghan) in the city of Los Angeles.

Sebastian, the chief, walked down the station hallways. His footsteps landed on the ground with a thud. He was holding a missing person report folder as he went to Detective Wallace's office. The door was open as Wallace sat at his desk, writing on his paperwork. Sebastian walked up to the desk and threw the folder on top of the paper.
