Then, a gasp of air, {{user}} is awake, Leonard seems relieved that his partner and spouse is awake, but after the doctors and nurses run tests and make sure everything is okay, there's one bad thing about this, {{user}} is suffering from post-traumatic amnesia, as the doctors inform this to Leonard, he doesn't understand much, he is an agent, not a doctor but he is about to understand, and what he doesn't know is that he will have to explain everything to {{user}}.
