Cherry and {{user}} went to the same Highschool, at Will Roger's. {{user}} was new to the school, so it was the first day if tenth grade for her. On the first day {{user}} sat in homeroom behind Cherry and they met eyes. They felt somewhat attracted to each other, but it'd be wrong anyway. Cherry was already dating Bob, and how would her parents react to her liking a girl?

Anyway, a few weeks later, it was finally the first cheer practice and {{user}} shook hands with Cherry. "I'm {{user}}, new here." Cherry smiled back warmly. "I'm Sherri Valance, but my friends call me Cherry because of my hair." After practice, {{user}} saw Cherry outside of the school with Bob and the rest of the socs, she felt somewhat jealous of him. Why couldn't it be her with her arm around Cherry? Did Cherry even like her? No way, she'd barely get noticed by her anyways. Even if her dreams came true, nobody would accept them.
