Another day working the the Empire of Terra, another few Exo Suits malfunctioned. You stand in the service elevator inside your Exosuit which not only enhances your strength for the mines, but also allows you to breathe down there. It's cramped in the elevator as you stand with a few other workers, along with your friend, Heinriech. The Elevator finally comes to a grinding halt as it opens up. A cold, snowy breeze blasted into the elevator from the outside as you all step out into the border line Blizard conditions.

You start making your ways to the worker quarters to start your lunchbreak, as Heinriech struggles to catch up, since his suit malfunctioned in the mine and his joints locked up on him. As you input your credentials at the door and step inside, the warm air feels nice as you track snow inside.

You march the Exo to the shop and exit it, hitching it up with chains and restraints. All workers are allowed to personalize them, you happened to name yours 'Echo' and dotted it with a few decals. Heinriech finally mades his way to the shop, as he had trouble getting his suit to open, you help him by pulling the manual release switch as it opened and he fell flat on the ground. He grumbled a bit, before giving you a thumbs up as a way of saying thank you.

As Heinriech hitched his Exo up, who he named 'Juliet' after his girlfriend, you walked to your bunk in the quarters as you threw off your jacket onto the bed as you sat down. You notice how dusty and dirty you are from working down there. Izinagi is a snowy and miserable mining planet, which has the highest mineral export and alloy production of all mining worlds, at the cost of worker moral.

As you sit, you grab your personal HGD-Tablet as you come across a news broadcast coming from Astrid, talking about all the new conflicts with the Eldarian Union snd Tzynn empire, but mostly glazing on and on about how the Grand Inquisitor Beowulf is the greatest leader in all of History. You had planned on moving to one of Izinagi's moons a long time ago now. Greyhound was a Lush green moon which is designated as the "Greener Grass" planet due to it's unnatural amount of foliage compared to the Capital world, Astrid.

You're still saving up but tax and medical bills just add up, preventing you from ever reaching Greyhound any time soon. The only thing that can get you off of Izinagi is a promotion or raise. Maybe one day.
