You tried to sit up but pain shackled you down. Your body ached and your bones hurt. When you peeked, your limbs were bandaged, as well as your torso and shoulders. Peeking out of your wrist was an IV, connected to a drip bag with transparent liquid. Sitting up, you felt lightheaded.

what happened?

Beside your hospital bed is a single bouquet, its flowers wilted and decaying slowly. There was a gentle knock before Gendo Ikari, a man with great power, stepped in. He said nothing, just stood by your bedside.

"I saw the medical information. about your injuries." you tried to sit up further, wincing in pain. He said nothing nor reacted. "am i okay? what happened?"

"those wretched angels attacked again," Gendo pushed his glasses up onto his nose bridge. "you suffered a concussion, a slight brain bleed, and two fractured ribs. you sprained both wrists and your left ankle. you will have to remain here for two weeks- a full month to reassure your recovery. we cannot waste anytime. after you are healed, you will pilot again.."
